## Description

Schedule: Fixed schedule assigned every 3 months. Candidates must be available to work shifts between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM, including weekends as needed.

TEKsystems is seeking Customer Service Representatives to support one of Hawaii's largest banking organizations. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping customers, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

 * Answer inbound customer calls and provide assistance with account-related inquiries
 * Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner
 * Accurately document customer interactions
 * Navigate multiple computer systems while assisting customers
 * Deliver excellent customer service and meet performance expectations, Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI): We may use Artificial Intelligence (AI) to support parts of our hiring process, including sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates.
