This role is responsible for imaging, provisioning, deploying, and maintaining desktops, laptops, and related hardware while ensuring compliance with company standards and security requirements. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft SCCM (Endpoint Configuration Manager), ServiceNow, Windows operating systems, and enterprise device deployment processes., * Create, maintain, and deploy Windows desktop and laptop images using Microsoft SCCM (Endpoint Configuration Manager). * Configure and deploy operating systems, applications, and security updates to endpoint devices. * Manage device provisioning, hardware refreshes, upgrades, and lifecycle replacement programs. * Troubleshoot imaging, deployment, driver, software installation, and operating system issues. * Coordinate equipment staging, deployment scheduling, and end-user migrations. * Utilize ServiceNow for incident management, request fulfillment, asset tracking, and documentation. * Ensure all assets are accurately inventoried and tracked through established IT asset management processes. * Deploy and support peripherals including monitors, printers, docking stations, and mobile devices. * Collaborate with IT Infrastructure, Security, and Service Desk teams to maintain endpoint standards and compliance. * Support Microsoft Windows 10/11 environments and Office 365 applications. * Perform software packaging, testing, and deployment through SCCM. * Create and maintain technical documentation, deployment procedures, and knowledge base articles. * Monitor deployment success rates and resolve deployment-related issues in a timely manner. * Provide technical support to end users during deployment and migration activities., Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI): We may use Artificial Intelligence (AI) to support parts of our hiring process, including sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates.
