In this role, you will partner cross-functionally with business leaders across the organization. You will own the creation of rich reporting and data visualizations, enabling functional leaders to quickly digest information and make data-driven decisions. In collaboration, you will define KPIs and set attainable, stretch goals to drive continuous improvement. You will be a key contributor to the culture of the team, and you will have opportunities for growth and leadership as we expand. This role will require strong analytical judgment, ownership, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment. The role will be an individual contributor (IC) to start, and will evolve into people leadership over time., * 6+ years of hands-on experience with large, complex data sets and delivering analytics solutions in fast-paced or scaled environments. * Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, Statistics…); advanced degrees and/or specializations a plus. * Highly proficient in SQL, with the ability to write efficient, optimized queries for large-scale datasets. * Demonstrated experience with data modeling, dimensional modeling, and dbt. * Experience building and maintaining dashboards in Looker or similar BI tools (Sigma, Tableau, etc.). * Experience with code management and deployment on GitHub. * Demonstrated ability to lead analytics or reporting projects end-to-end, from scoping to stakeholder communication. * Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of audiences, including business stakeholders, data engineers, and product teams. * Experience working with event data or user/product analytics tools (e.g., Heap) is a plus. * Passion for data and its fundamental ability to create value. * Extremely curious and excited to dive into complex problems. * Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable operating with ownership and ambiguity., The anticipated base salary for this position is $160k to $190k.
