You will play a crucial role in the design, development, and maintenance of our enterprise-level Salesforce platform, ensuring it is scalable, high-performing, and aligned with our business objectives and compliance requirements. This position requires a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, best practices, and a collaborative, AI-driven approach to solving complex business problems. The mission of the CRM Systems team is to build and optimize systems of engagement to drive operational efficiency, enable scalable growth, and improve user experiences, directly supporting the company's goal of providing an easy and affordable 401(k) for a secure financial future.
