 * Strong knowledge of Ruby, Rails 6.x/7.x/8.x

 * Experience in REST APIs development and integration

 * Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts

 * Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or other relational databases

 * Hands-on experience with Git/GitHub

 * Experience with RSpec, Minitest, or similar testing frameworks

 * Strong debugging and performance tuning skills

Secondary Skills

 * Experience with Docker and Kubernetes

 * Exposure to AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform

 * Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps)

 * Knowledge of Redis, Sidekiq, and background job processing

 * Familiarity with Helm and ArgoCD

 * Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
