This position is heavily focused on supporting end users in person, so candidates must have demonstrated experience troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, account access, and peripheral issues directly with employees at their desks. The ideal candidate will have strong experience supporting Windows environments, Office 365, Active Directory, ServiceNow (or similar ticketing systems), password resets, device deployments, printers, laptops, desktops, docking stations, and basic networking connectivity issues. Candidates should be comfortable owning tickets from creation through resolution, documenting their work thoroughly, and providing timely updates to users throughout the support process. Success in this role requires someone who enjoys working face-to-face with end users, has strong communication skills, and can confidently troubleshoot technical issues while delivering exceptional customer service. The team is looking for a hands-on problem solver who can manage multiple priorities, adapt quickly, and maintain a high level of professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
