This is a unique opportunity to help shape a critical operational team supporting healthcare applications that directly impact patient care, security, and employee experience. This is a "player-coach" leadership role ideal for someone who enjoys both strategic leadership and hands-on technical work. You'll oversee application operations, identity and access management, endpoint policy administration, observability/monitoring, vendor management, and operational support while helping establish scalable processes and standards for future growth. The ideal candidate is highly technical, operationally disciplined, and comfortable working in fast-paced healthcare environments where uptime, security, and compliance are essential.
