The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client's project requirements and company delivery standards., The candidate will be responsible for: 1. Provide expert technical support for VistA and MUMPS-based applications, including incident triage, defect analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution. 2. Perform root cause analysis across application code, data, configuration, workflows, interfaces, and system environments. 3. Develop and review remediation plans covering code and data impacts, testing, deployment, release readiness, and rollback considerations. 4.
