Looking for a strong Technical Manager with 10-12+ years of experience in IT/Application Support, production support, and multi-cloud environments. The candidate should be technically strong and capable of leading application support, troubleshooting, and coordination with development and business teams.

Spring Boot/Java: Applications hosted on AWS

Frontend: Angular
Key Requirements:
10-12+ years of IT experience with strong Technical/Application Support background
Strong AWS & Azure experience
Hands-on understanding of Java/Spring Boot
Experience with MuleSoft integrations
Good understanding of Angular
Experience supporting Microsoft D365
Strong production support, incident management, troubleshooting, and RCA skills
Excellent technical leadership and stakeholder communication
Ideal Candidate:
A technically strong Technical Manager, not just a project manager, who can understand application architecture, troubleshoot issues, manage production support, and coordinate across AWS, Azure, D365, MuleSoft, and application teams.n
