Success in this role requires strong technical curiosity, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with engineering teams to deliver reliable robotic solutions at scale. ## Description The Quality Assurance Engineer (QAE) will support the deployment, commissioning and troubleshooting of advanced robotic technologies. This role will focus on a trailer-unloading robotic solution being integrated into Amazon sortation centers. The QAE will work closely with engineering teams to ensure the robots are operating as needed, troubleshoot hardware as it pops up (mechanical and electrical) and software issues, collect and analyze data, and support successful product onboarding and deployment efforts.
