You are thorough in your explanations and do not use technical jargon when talking to non-technical people. * You like to maintain a simple file structure and use standard/tried and true languages. * You agree with a minimal-plugin approach to Wordpress websites. * You have a strong desire to make a positive impact for hardworking industries and the clients we're fortunate enough to serve From a cultural perspective, a great candidate is: * People-first: Collaborative, kind, and clear. * Self-starter: Highly disciplined and self-motivated to get things done and learn. ## Description * Work closely with the Director of Web Development to maintain coding standards (frontend and backend), keep code repositories up-to-date, and deliver websites that are simple, clean and easy-to-maintain/easy-to-use. * Populate and manage the content of websites including images, videos, copy, metadata, and custom post types, all provided by our team of copywriters, photographers, videographers, and designers. * Ensure the technical functionality and health of all hosted websites and conduct periodic QA processes.
