You have experience (or a high degree of proficiency) using AI agents, automation platforms (e.g., Zapier/Make), and LLMs to optimize your own workflow and team output * Matrix Leadership: Proven ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Support) that do not report directly to you * Communication: Exceptional ability to synthesize complex project statuses into clear, executive-ready insights * Industry Context: Experience in Real Estate, PropTech, or FinTech is a significant bonus but not required ## Description You will be the central orchestrator across the entire post-sales lifecycle, ensuring that Professional Services, Implementation, Support, and Product Development move in perfect synchronization. You are not just managing a timeline; you are building a scalable, AI-enhanced engine for enterprise success., * Strategic Command: Lead the end-to-end execution of our most complex enterprise programs, from initial kickoff through to long-term steady-state maturity * Cross-Functional Orchestration: Act as the primary bridge between Professional Services (delivery), Implementation (technical setup), Product (platform features and functionality) and Support (on-call stability) * Strategic Feedback Loop: Partner closely with Product Management (R&D) to ensure the product roadmap aligns with the long-term needs of our strategic accounts.
