This role is pivotal in aligning project outcomes with enterprise-level business goals and serving as a key leader within the Technical Program Management Office. Your Day to Day: * Strategic Planning:Lead the intake and planning for large-scale, cross-functional initiatives. You will partner with senior leadership and technical leads to define objectives, deliverables, and strategic boundaries, overseeing forecasting and resource allocation using Jira and Clarizen. * Complex Project Delivery:Direct multiple high-visibility projects simultaneously, ensuring strategic alignment, on-time delivery, and strict budget adherence. Maintain comprehensive, executive-ready documentation, including charters, schedules, RAID logs, and status reports. * Enterprise Leadership:Serve as the central leader for highly matrixed teams across IT, Data Science, DevOps, and other business units. Drive alignment, resolve critical roadblocks, and facilitate executive steering committee meetings. * Advanced Risk & Change Management:Proactively identify, analyze, and mitigate complex, enterprise-level risks. Lead comprehensive change management strategies to ensure operational readiness and seamless adoption of new technologies. * Methodology Leadership:Champion and refine the use of Iterative Waterfall and Agile methodologies to optimize delivery from engineering teams and improve internal processes at BCBSMA. * Executive Communication:Expertly translate complex technical requirements into high-level business strategy, ensuring a shared, unified vision between executive stakeholders and engineering teams. * Mentorship & Process Improvement:Provide active mentorship and guidance to other Project Managers.
