Participate in the design of solutions with our sales and engineering teams.

 - Identify, diagnose, and resolve a wide range of second and third level problems(issues) for end-users including: workstations, laptops, terminal services, end-user software and hardware, network and VPN connectivity, the Internet.

 - Identify, diagnose, and resolve a wide range of second and third level problems(issues) for client systems, server services, server drive space, server error messages for escalation, etc.

 - Set up, maintain, and manage client Windows Server environments.

 - Set up, maintain, and manage client cloud environments.

 - Set up, maintain, and manage client network environments.

 - Create and maintain client-related documentation.
