Agent guide: [/agents.md](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/agents.md). --- # Implementation Specialist, StudySync - **Company:** Imagine Learning - **Location:** United States (Remote available) - **Salary:** $65,972.0 - $72,000.0 - **Contract:** Permanent contract - **Skills:** Web Development, LiveChat, Microsoft Office, Salesforce.Com - **Published:** May 22, 2026 - **Apply:** https://www.indeed.com/viewjob?jk=fd123b4c71b28b59 ## About the Role Do you have a valid Driver's License license?, Do you have experience in User training (technical support)?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, Location: In this US-based position your location will be remote; to be considered you must reside within 50 miles of, * Bachelor's degree or higher, and at least 5 years of experience in grades K-12 education (6-12 preferred), classroom, or administration; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. * Knowledge of current educational standards and effective teaching practices. * Experience leading professional development and/or product training. * Familiarity with web-based programs such as Salesforce, Slack, Zoom, and more. * Strong proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office Suites. * Team player with strong skills in communication, organization, public speaking, and problem-solving. * Ability to manage multiple accounts, projects, and tasks simultaneously. * Experience working remotely and independently. * Willingness and availability to travel for presentations and customer training and meetings within the USA; up to approximately 40% of the time, based on account requests. ## Description As an Implementation Specialist, StudySync you will use your expertise to oversee the implementation and management of customer needs for all StudySync accounts within your assigned region. You will rely on your effective communication skills to provide training and support for schools through webinars, product training, professional development sessions, and sales presentations and to communicate regularly with district leadership, administrators and coaches, teachers, and our sales partner to ensure customer success. You will also apply your organizational skills and attention to detail by tracking account support activities across the customer life cycle including sales opportunities, contacts, communication, training, and renewal business using Salesforce. Eligible employees may also receive incentive/commission/annual bonus pay based on individual and/or company performance.
