## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience
 * Experience providing technical support or systems administration
 * Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
 * Knowledge of Windows, Linux, macOS, networking, and enterprise technologies
 * Familiarity with IT service management practices and ticketing systems
 * CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, ITIL Foundation, or similar certifications are a plus
