## Description

* Lead the design, development, and implementation of Java/J2EE applications and enterprise solutions.
 * Develop scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices.
 * Provide technical leadership, conduct code reviews, and establish development best practices.
 * Design and implement microservices and distributed applications with a focus on scalability, performance, and reliability.
 * Collaborate with architects, product managers, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
 * Troubleshoot complex application and production issues and drive root-cause resolution.
 * Support CI/CD, automated testing, and deployment processes.
 * Mentor developers and provide technical guidance throughout the software development lifecycle.
