The Email Production Manager owns the backend execution of marketing and servicing email campaigns within Bank of America's Email Channel, partnering for execution intake through deployment. This role is accountable for flawless operational delivery, adherence to email standard best practices, and effective cross functional coordination to ensure accurate, timely, and scalable email communications. The ideal candidate brings deep hands on email production experience, strong operational discipline, and the ability to manage several high volume, high risk communications concurrently.
