This is a hands-on engineering position. The data and analytics team is intentionally small and highly collaborative, giving engineers significant ownership and direct influence over architecture, development, and platform improvements. Rather than focusing on process management, you'll spend your time writing code, building data pipelines, optimizing performance, and solving complex technical challenges. You'll collaborate with both onshore and offshore engineering teams while contributing directly to a shared codebase and helping establish engineering best practices across the organization. This role also offers the opportunity to explore how emerging technologies, including AI and agentic tooling, can improve software development, data quality, and platform operations.
