## About the Role

* Hands-on experience developing RESTful API microservices using Java, Spring, Maven and OpenAPI 3
 * Strong understanding of core Java concepts
 * Solid understanding of Spring Boot, Spring Web, Spring Data (JPA/Hibernate), and Spring Security (OAuth 2.0)
 * Experience with relational databases, preferably Oracle
 * Understanding of software design patterns and architectural principles
 * Knowledge of fundamental algorithms and data structures
 * Familiarity with asynchronous messaging systems (e.g. Kafka)
 * Experience in the digital industry, ideally within banking, insurance, financial services, or management consulting
 * Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is highly valued
 * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
 * Ability to quickly understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions
 * Front-end development experience with frameworks such as Angular or React is highly valued

 * Own key configuration tasks that ensure our solutions are optimized, stable, and aligned with client needs
 * Analyze change requests and defects, and turn them into opportunities to make the system better and more efficient
 * This is a long-term opportunity and is not tied to a specific project. Successful candidates will be considered for multiple current and future project opportunities based on their skills and experience, Technical Interviews (1-2 rounds, depending on the project) - Discuss your skills with our experienced Capco colleagues
