## Description

As a Security Officer Access Systems in Seadrift, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a chemical and petrochemical location, you will help manage entry points, verify credentials, monitor access activity, and support a secure environment for employees and visitors. You will use computer or tablet systems, provide outstanding customer service, conduct routine patrols, and communicate clearly while helping to deter security-related incidents. Join Allied Universal, where teamwork, integrity, reliability, and a people-first culture guide every shift., Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, access authorization requirements, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at an industrial chemical manufacturing location.

 * Control access to the location by verifying identification, visitor credentials, contractor documentation, and authorization records before granting entry.
 * Monitor access control systems, entry points, gates, and alarm notifications; document activity and report irregularities to appropriate site contacts and/or Allied Universal supervision.
 * Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and escalation protocols.
 * Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, operational areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized entry and identify conditions requiring attention.
