You will be responsible for: * Designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable iOS monetization features (ads formats, sponsored content, premium features) in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. * Collaborating with cross-functional teams (designers, product managers, data analysts, backend engineers, adOps team) to build innovative monetization solutions that respect user experience. * Building the bridge between advertisers/partners and our users, ensuring monetization feels native and non-intrusive. * Optimizing performance and stability of monetization features to ensure seamless integration with the core BeReal experience. * Analyzing user behavior, A/B tests results, and business metrics to iterate on monetization strategies. * Ensuring a high-quality, authentic user experience through thoughtful technical solutions. * Contributing to and upholding best practices in code quality, design, and development processes. * Continuously innovating and improving the iOS tech stack (Swift, SwiftUI).
