What You'll Do Salesforce Support & Troubleshooting Serve as a primary point of contact for Salesforce users and support requests. Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues while escalating complex problems when needed. Partner with users to understand challenges, identify root causes, and recommend solutions. Support user adoption and provide guidance on Salesforce best practices. Reporting & Data Management Build and maintain Salesforce reports, dashboards, and homepage components. Fulfill business reporting requests and ensure consistency of key metrics. Perform data audits, cleansing, deduplication, bulk updates, and ongoing maintenance. Monitor and maintain data quality across Salesforce objects and processes. Salesforce Administration Support user management, record maintenance, field updates, page layouts, and configuration changes. Assist with Salesforce security administration, including profiles, permission sets, roles, and access controls. Support Salesforce Flows and automation within established governance standards. Document system updates and maintain platform integrity. Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for enhancements and releases. Validate system changes against business requirements before deployment.
