## About the Role

* 8+ years of experience in IAM / Identity Management.
 * Strong knowledge of IAM concepts and identity lifecycle management.
 * Hands-on experience with SailPoint, Okta, Saviynt, Entra ID, or similar IAM platforms.
 * Strong understanding of SSO, MFA, RBAC, OAuth, OIDC, SAML, LDAP, and SCIM.
 * Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and web services.
 * Programming/scripting experience with Java, Python, or PowerShell.
 * Experience with Active Directory and cloud identity platforms.
 * Strong SQL and database knowledge.
 * Experience with IAM automation, integrations, testing, and troubleshooting.
 * Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

 * Experience with AWS IAM, Azure, or GCP IAM.
 * SailPoint IdentityIQ / IdentityNow / Identity Security Cloud experience.
 * Experience with CyberArk or other PAM solutions.
 * Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps practices.
 * Experience with Terraform or Infrastructure as Code.
 * IAM or cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or vendor certifications.

## Description

* Design and develop IAM solutions using platforms such as SailPoint, Okta, Saviynt, or Microsoft Entra ID.
 * Develop identity provisioning, de-provisioning, access request, and approval workflows.
 * Integrate IAM platforms with Active Directory, LDAP, HR systems, and enterprise applications.
 * Implement SSO, MFA, RBAC, ABAC, and least-privilege access.
 * Develop and consume REST APIs, SOAP, SCIM, and web services.
 * Automate IAM processes using PowerShell, Python, or Java.
 * Troubleshoot authentication, authorization, provisioning, and integration issues.
 * Support access certifications, entitlement management, and identity governance.
 * Perform unit testing, integration testing, deployment, and production support.
 * Maintain technical documentation and follow IAM security standards.
