## About the Role

* 5+ years of experience providing technical support for the engineering and testing of complex software and hardware systems in the communication field
 * Experience with Kubernetes and networking equipment, including Cisco or Juniper
 * Experience with VMWare, QEMU, KVM, or Docker
 * Experience with Linux or OpenStack
 * Knowledge of networking services and software-defined networking
 * TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
 * HS diploma or GED
 * Security+ Certification

Nice If You Have:

 * Experience with vulnerability analysis and exploit development
 * Experience with Python
 * Experience with Assembly
 * Knowledge of telecommunications

## Description

In this role, you'll analyze complex local and wide area network systems, including planning, designing, evaluating, and configuring operating systems and protocol suites for virtualized and containerized systems. You'll resolve difficult interoperability problems to obtain operation across host, hypervisor, and guest nodes. You'll load and configure cloud servers and vendors such as Cisco or Juniper, or white box routers and switches, and support the acquisition of hardware and software and subcontractor services. You'll act as a technical project leader or provide work leadership to junior employees, as needed.
