What Would Be Nice To Have: Experience with Momentum/iFAMS, Agile/SAFe PI cadence, runbooks, knowledge-transfer playbooks, federal financial systems, conversion/interface transition, change management, and multi-vendor coordination. ## Description Leads planning and execution of transition activities required to move solutions into operational use. Coordinates stakeholders, schedules, dependencies, and readiness activities to support successful adoption of new capabilities. Ensures continuity of operations and alignment between implementation and sustainment activities. Lead transition planning and execution for FMBT conversion and interface workstreams so the incoming team can assume active wave work without negatively affecting go-live dates. Develop and manage transition strategy, timeline, transition project plan, methodology, roles/responsibilities, risk approach, and risk log updates; coordinate knowledge transfer, current-state assessment, continuity of in-flight conversion/interface work, mock/final conversion transition, break-fix work, and operational readiness., All communication regarding recruitment for a Guidehouse position will be sent from Guidehouse email domains including @guidehouse.com or .
