Key Tasks

 * Image and set up laptops for new hires

 * Check printers, replace toner, and help troubleshoot basic issues

 * Help with meeting room setup and fix common A/V or connectivity problems

 * Provide basic IT support to employees (hardware, software, and general troubleshooting)

 * Set up desks, including unboxing and connecting monitors, docks, and peripherals

 * Keep track of IT equipment and supplies (inventory system ITSM)

 * Assist with on-premises physical security system

 * Help with any general IT tasks as they come up
