Reporting to the Director of Technology, this position supports core banking applications, servers, endpoints, networks, business systems, integrations, reporting tools, imaging, telephony, cybersecurity, and user support. During the conversion, this role will focus heavily on requirements gathering, data mapping and validation, configuration, interface coordination, testing, reconciliation, documentation, cutover, issue resolution, and post-conversion stabilization. After go-live, the position will help administer Keystone and its connected systems while continuing to support broader IT operations.
