This is an exciting opportunity to work on enterprise ServiceNow implementations that enhance operational efficiency, improve service delivery, and support critical government missions., * Active Secret Security Clearance. * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). * 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience. * Demonstrated experience supporting federal government clients and programs. * Strong experience developing custom ServiceNow solutions using JavaScript and platform scripting capabilities. * Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments. * Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Experience translating business requirements into technical designs and implemented solutions. Preferred Qualifications * Deep knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and core modules, including: + Service Catalog + Service Portal + Incident Management + Knowledge Management + Reporting and Dashboards * Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Asset Management (ITAM), and Configuration Management Database (CMDB) processes. * Knowledge of ITIL best practices and service management frameworks. * Familiarity with PMP, PRINCE2, or related project management methodologies. * Experience supporting enterprise-scale ServiceNow environments. * Experience performing data analysis, data modeling, and working with large datasets. * Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) principles and enterprise application support. * Experience with platform performance monitoring, optimization, and governance.
