Familiarity with issue tracking and Agile project management tools. ## Description We are seeking a Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to support quality engineering for Fiber and High-Speed Internet (HSI) broadband products. This role is responsible for validating end-to-end customer experiences including service eligibility, ordering, installation, activation, and account management. The ideal candidate brings strong automation expertise, hands-on testing experience, and the ability to proactively identify risks and drive quality initiatives from design through release. You'll partner closely with product, engineering, QA, and operations teams to ensure reliable, high-quality customer experiences., Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks across UI and API layers. Validate end-to-end broadband customer journeys and integrated systems. Execute test strategies, functional testing, regression testing, and defect management. Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product quality, troubleshoot issues, and support root cause analysis.
