Test Development & Innovation * Architect and develop advanced ATE test programs, test methods, and automation solutions. * Drive improvements in test coverage, quality, efficiency, test time reduction, and cost optimization. * Develop innovative debugging methodologies and root cause analysis techniques for first-silicon bring-up and production readiness. * Lead deployment of next-generation test platforms and infrastructure. Strategic Impact * Own projects and initiatives with significant business, manufacturing, and customer impact. * Collaborate with engineering and business stakeholders to align test strategies with product objectives. * Identify technical risks and implement mitigation plans to support successful product execution. * Champion innovation and continuous improvement across the organization.
