Do you have a valid Driver's License license?, Do you have experience in Customer communication?, * Strong troubleshooting skills and a solid grasp of PC hardware, software, and peripheral devices.

 * Knowledge of gaming regulations is helpful for success in this environment., * Casino or gaming industry experience.
 * 6-12 months of experience in a similar technical support role.
 * CompTIA A+ or similar technical knowledge.

 * Document issues, resolutions, and inventory accurately.
 * Support deployments, upgrades, team projects, and occasional on-call needs.
