Manage Microsoft Office 365 servers and related components to achieve high availability and performance of the various business applications supported. Diagnose, resolve, and document hardware and software network problems in a timely and accurate fashion and provide end user training and support where required. What You'll Bring: ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/DUTIES: * Practices, supports, and maintains the Mission, Vision and Values of Casino. * Support all team members in their proper use of technology. * Setup and install computing equipment and software. Ensure devices are communicating with network resources as needed. * Interviews user to collect information about problem and leads user through diagnostic procedures to determine source of error. * Handles problem recognition, research, isolation, resolution and follow-up for user problems. * Maintains and accomplishes an established Preventative Maintenance (PM) schedule for computer assets. * Follow the IT procedures and policies that regard computer and network usage. * Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues when presented by team members or assigned by the IT Director. * Create and maintain records of equipment placement.
