You have studied at a top 10 university in Spain (or top 200 globally) and have achieved 9.0 and above in Bachillerato and 7.0 and above, gained at a top tier university, MSc or PhD advantageous
You have a product mindset, treating internal platforms as products and continually improving them based on user feedback
You have strong systems thinking and understand the complexities of distributed systems and cloud native architectures
You have strong Python development skills
You have commercial experience with Docker, Kubernetes, GitOps, CI/CD pipelines and public cloud platforms, Azure preferred
You enjoy collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and can communicate complex concepts clearly
You're naturally curious, enjoy solving difficult technical challenges and continually seek to improve how software is built and delivered
You have fluent English language skills
