## About the Role

* 8+ years of SAP FICO experience.
 * Strong hands-on experience with SAP FI/CO configuration.
 * Experience with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA Finance.
 * Strong knowledge of:

 * General Ledger (GL)
 * Accounts Payable (AP)
 * Accounts Receivable (AR)
 * Asset Accounting (AA)
 * Cost Center Accounting
 * Profit Center Accounting
 * Internal Orders
 * Profitability Analysis (CO-PA)
 * Experience with FI-MM and FI-SD integration.
 * Experience with testing, UAT, production support, and issue resolution.
 * Strong understanding of accounting and financial processes.
 * Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

 * SAP S/4HANA Finance experience.
 * Knowledge of Universal Journal (ACDOCA) and New Asset Accounting.
 * Experience with SAP Fiori.
 * Knowledge of SAP integrations, IDocs, RICEFW, and data migration.
 * SAP FICO/S/4HANA certification.
 * Experience with SAP Activate or Agile methodology.
 * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, Computer Science, or related field.

## Description

* Gather and analyze business requirements from Finance and Accounting teams.
 * Configure and support SAP FI and CO modules.
 * Support GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center, Profit Center, Internal Orders, and CO-PA.
 * Perform fit-gap analysis and develop functional specifications.
 * Support SAP S/4HANA implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
 * Integrate FICO with MM, SD, PP, and other SAP modules.
 * Perform unit, integration, and UAT testing.
 * Troubleshoot production issues and provide root-cause analysis.
 * Support month-end/year-end closing and financial reporting.
 * Support data migration, reconciliation, and validation activities.
 * Prepare documentation and provide user training.
 * Work with ABAP, BASIS, technical, and business teams.
