## Description

Brinkmann Constructors is hiring an experienced IT Desktop Support Specialist to provide support for end users across all offices and remote locations. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience providing IT support for mid-to-large sized organizations. Environment is primarily a Microsoft Windows environment utilizing Office 365 and Azure. Responsibilities:

 * Installing and configuring hardware, software, and peripheral for end users
 * Upgrading laptop computers, including migrating user data
 * Build and configuration of equipment for new hires
 * Creating new user accounts in Active Directory/Entra
 * Provide end user technical support in a timely manner
 * Maintain support requests in ZenDesk ticketing system
 * Assist with mobile device upgrades and new deployments
 * Maintain Asset tracking
