## About the Role

* A Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree with an emphasis in a STEM related field (e.g. Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Computer Science, Data Science, etc.) with more than 2 years of relevant work experience
 * Experience coding in C++ and Python
 * Strong organizational and software architecture skills with a proven understanding of optimizing and profiling strategies
 * Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects at one time

## Description

The Quantitative Developer will have the opportunity to work in one of our offices focusing on strategy development and code optimization. We are seeking a candidate that is looking for an opportunity to make a real impact, deliver value, and work within an experienced team.

Your impact:

 * Partner with the team to build, optimize, and evolve the firms' current research pipeline and strategy development
 * Identify potential areas for optimization and performance enhancements through research; including, but not limited to suggestions for the ongoing maintenance and improvement of code quality
 * Build components and new infrastructure to maintain new trading strategies and exhausting the testing and debugging skills as part of the development process
 * Work directly with traders and developer to provide realistic project timelines and estimates and ensure team accountability
 * Stay current on industry developments and trends to maintain ongoing business awareness and a competitive edge, Your skills
