## About the Role

+ Bachelor's or Master's degree with a concentration in computer science, computer engineering, IST, IT, CIS, or related technical/engineering subject matter required

 + Strong interest in application development, including web, mobile, or backend systems

 + Familiarity with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript)

 + Experience with coding languages preferred

 + Demonstrated leadership skills and/or leadership aspirations

 + Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

 + Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment

 + Cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher preferred

From cloud-based platforms to full-stack development, your work will have a direct impact on the experience of millions of investors. Through real-world assignments, technical capstones, and collaborative team environments, you'll develop the skills needed to solve complex problems and drive meaningful outcomes.

You'll develop the applications and tools that support our crew and millions of investors worldwide, while building your ability to collaborate, influence, and lead through hands-on experience. Through technical capstones, hackathons, and solution-oriented projects, you'll strengthen both your technical expertise and leadership capabilities.

The Technology Leadership Program is a two-year rotational development experience designed for graduating students ready to begin their careers in technology. Participants complete three eight-month rotations across different IT teams, gaining exposure to diverse technologies, business areas, and challenges while building the skills needed to grow as future technology leaders at Vanguard.

In this program, you will:

 + Design, build, and enhance applications that support Vanguard's internal systems and client-facing platforms

 + Develop scalable solutions using modern technologies, including cloud, APIs, and full-stack development

 + Take ownership of projects and contribute to delivering high-impact outcomes for the business

 + Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, product teams, and business partners
