You will work at the intersection of customer experience, product design, and emerging technology. Using GenAI, automation, real-time data, and adaptive interfaces, you will turn new ideas into simple, fluid, and useful customer experiences. The role combines rapid prototyping, systems thinking, and customer-focused problem-solving. You will move beyond static screens to build and test interactive prototypes using real data, logic, APIs, and AI models. You will also use AI tools to explore concepts, automate flows, and test ideas faster. Working closely with design technology, product, engineering, and content teams, you will turn ambiguous needs into clear, testable solutions. You will solve difficult design and technical challenges, learn from customers, and help move successful concepts into scalable, high-quality shopping experiences., 1. Solve complex design and technical problems, even when the product strategy is still taking shape. Design connected and adaptive experiences across interfaces, content, data and technology. 2. Go beyond static screens and traditional design deliverables. Use AI tools, working prototypes, real data, logic and APIs to explore ideas, test assumptions and show how the experience works. 3. Create clear content structures, guidance and interaction language. Make complex features easy to understand and use. 4. Work closely with product, engineering, research, content and data teams.
