The selected candidate will be expected to work on-site at the Warren Tech Center at least three days per week, or as otherwise determined by the hiring leader., The Corporate Common Components (CCC) Engineering Group Manager is a highly visible leadership role responsible for advancing GM's enterprise-wide component reuse strategy. This leader will oversee the CCC portfolio and drive the reuse of common components across vehicle programs, architectures, and manufacturing plants to reduce engineering effort, improve quality, optimize capital investment, and accelerate time to market. The role serves as a central integrator across Product Engineering, Program Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Finance, Software-Defined Vehicle, AVDC, and Vehicle SMT organizations. The leader will align strategy, governance, funding, sourcing, change management, and supplier resiliency activities to deliver measurable business value.
