 * Proficiency in Oracle 19+ SQL database programming within Windows client-server architectures.
 * Experience with Visual COBOL V9 architecture, system analysis, and complex application design.
 * Experience in leading technical software engineering teams through development, testing, and deployment phases.
 * Experience with providing Level 3 (L3) production support and defect remediation for mission-critical platforms.
 * Experience in Microsoft Visual Studio .NET, C# integration, and public sector government systems.
 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

## Description

* Lead software engineering teams in the design, development, and enhancement of core business platforms.
 * Program and debug complex Visual COBOL and Micro Focus COBOL codebases integrated with Oracle SQL databases.
 * Provide Level 3 (L3) production support to resolve critical application defects and system modification requests.
 * Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate operational needs into technical specifications.
 * Coordinate code promotions, integration testing, and software release deployments across enterprise environments.
 * Mentor software development staff and review architectural deliverables to maintain programming standards.
 * Deliver regular project progress reports and system health metrics to technical leadership and management.
