Preferred Skills * Experience with event-driven architecture. * Knowledge of distributed systems. * Experience with Redis or other caching technologies. * Familiarity with observability tools such as Splunk, ELK, Grafana, Prometheus, or Datadog. * Experience working in banking, financial services, fintech, or other enterprise environments is a plus. ## Description We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Developer to join Synechron for an on-site opportunity. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, databases, cloud technologies, and modern DevOps practices.
