Equipment * Computer and other office equipment ## Description The Associate Analyst, Digital Analytics reports to the Manager, Customer Analytics and supports JetBlue's Marketing organization by measuring and analyzing Customer behavior across JetBlue's digital experiences. This role delivers reporting and insights on website performance, customer journeys, conversion funnels, and digital KPIs that inform marketing strategy and website optimization. The Associate Analyst partners with Marketing stakeholders to understand business needs and collaborates with Digital Product and Technology teams to support accurate digital measurement and reporting. The Associate Analyst is passionate about understanding how Customers interact with JetBlue's digital experiences and using data to uncover opportunities that improve the Customer journey. The Associate Analyst is a service-oriented individual who enjoys solving business problems through data analysis and exhibits the JetBlue values of Safety, Caring, Integrity, Passion, and Fun.
