**Published:** August 19, 2026 - **Apply:** https://www.juju.com/job/00000000gnrnv3 ## About the Role EDUCATION: Bachelors/4 Yr Degree YEARS OF RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE: 4+ years SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: + Ability to multitask working multiple issues at one time. + Desired 2-4 years of hands-on programming / Scripting experience + Familiar with AI development tools + Familiarity with APIs / Server-side development experience using microservices architecture + Strong experience in supporting applications in a production environment. + Exposure to any scripting language for automation and support tasks + Solid understanding of application servers, databases, and backend technologies + Knowledge of incident management, problem resolution, and ITIL processes is a plus. + Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as New Relic, Splunk, Nagios, or ELK + Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving skills + Strong communication skills, both written and verbal + Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. + Willingness to participate in an On-Call rotation. + Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes + Familiarity with cloud platforms AWS and Azure + Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines + Experience in developing NoSQL and SQL databases, designing data models, proficient in querying data for quality, analysis, analytics, and ad hoc reporting is preferred. + Knowledge in API security frameworks, token management and user access control including OAuth, JWT, Open API, etc. + Ability to work in an Agile / SCRUM environment. ## Description + Assist during support hours of operation and during off hours for production emergencies. + Respond to and act on Alerts within SLA + Perform level of effort estimates for assigned tasks and change orders. + Identify root causes for technical issues in production. + Develop code updates to fix reported defects. + Follow the production support best practices. + Comfortable with handling night alerts in shifts + Key role in maintaining the stability and performance of applications, while also leveraging your backend development skills to enhance and optimize these systems. + Collaborate closely with backend development teams to diagnose and address application defects and performance bottlenecks. + Monitor application health, performance, and availability, taking proactive measures to ensure optimal operation. + Document support procedures, best practices, and incident resolutions. + Ability to install application certificates on servers as well as install patches to address any critical vulnerabilities identified by the security team. ## Related Videos -
