## About the Role

* Bachelor Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Systems Engineering disciplines or related.
 * Working knowledge or experience within systems engineering or MBSE.
 * Ability to obtain a Top Secret Security Clearance; US Citizenship Required

What does this role look like?

 * Develop MBSE products to include views and artifacts in support of CONOPs development, requirements gap analysis, traceability, and interface definition
 * Derive requirements and interfaces in support of requirements spec development
 * Support assessments of key performance parameters, technical performance measures, and requirement compliance
 * Support and generate products for formal system design reviews
 * Collaborate with other engineering disciplines across a small, compartmentalized, and dynamic set of programs

Performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems. Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal. Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints. Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications. For positions that perform IT responsibilities, use E646, Systems Engr-IT.
