 * Conference room and AV troubleshooting
 * Strong problem-solving skills with a desire to learn and grow in IT, * Experience supporting users in an enterprise environment
 * Knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and ticketing systems
 * Strong troubleshooting and incident resolution skills
 * Excellent communication and customer service abilities
 * Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent hands-on experience

## Description

Seeking an IT Support Technician to provide day-to-day desktop and end-user support in a corporate environment. This role focuses on troubleshooting hardware, software, Microsoft 365, mobile devices, and basic network issues while delivering excellent customer service to employees at all levels of the organization., * Provide desktop, laptop, and end-user support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues

 * Respond to tickets, phone calls, and walk-up support requests
 * Support Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and mobile devices
 * Handle user account administration and access management
 * Image, deploy, and configure desktops and laptops
 * Troubleshoot conference room technology and meeting spaces
 * Document issues, resolutions, and support procedures
 * Assist with device refreshes, software deployments, and ongoing IT projects
 * Support executive-level users and provide a high level of customer service
