## About the Role

2-3 years of Help Desk, Desktop Support, or IT Support experience
Experience supporting Microsoft 365
Active Directory user administration, including password resets, account management, and account unlocks
Windows 10/11 troubleshooting experience
Experience troubleshooting laptops, desktops, and peripheral devices
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple support requests in a fast-paced environment

Desired Skills & Experience

CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification
Experience with NinjaOne or a similar ticketing platform
Basic networking knowledge
Experience supporting printers or production environments
Interest in continuing to grow within Infrastructure or Systems Administration, Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis now and in the future.
