* 5+ years backend engineering, strong Node.js
 * Experience with real-money gaming servers, RNG, wallet/transaction integrations
 * Understanding of regulated-market technical requirements and certification
 * Pragmatic, ownership-minded, comfortable being the first backend hire

* Own the partner GDK integration; own game-server logic and configuration
 * Build the math-to-server pipeline that takes math models into production safely
 * Implement certification-grade logging, transaction handling, and error/reconnect flows
 * Build internal tooling for the math and dev teams, * Founding-team equity/phantom shares
