PowerClerk is a business process automation solution that enables the no-code development and deployment of workflows, allowing utilities and energy agencies to efficiently design, build, rollout and evolve energy and utility programs online. The platform is used by some of the largest utilities in the United States and continues to expand into new markets and capabilities. As a Technical Program Manager, you'll play a key role in bringing new product ideas to life. You will work closely with the Product Managers, Designers and Engineering teams to understand customer needs, identify opportunities for new features, translate ideas into clear specifications, and guide initiatives from concept through delivery. You'll enjoy a highly collaborative environment where you'll help solve complex challenges, keep projects moving forward, and work closely with software engineers on feature development. You will be driving feature ideation, specifications and helping Engineering teams with project management and customer commitments. While the role is primarily focused on partnering with internal teams, you'll occasionally support customer-related discussions around product features, integrations, and delivery coordination. An important aspect of this role is supporting CPR's compliance initiatives. You will lead and coordinate activities that support SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, and other compliance requirements across the organization.
