You will help customers transform complex information and datasets into clear, useful visual products that support operational decision-making. You will work closely with government users, analysts, data scientists, engineers, and product teams to understand information requirements, organize knowledge, develop visualizations, and improve how information is accessed and communicated. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytically minded, technically comfortable, and able to take complex information and present it in a way that is intuitive and actionable., + Develop and maintain knowledge management processes, standards, and workflows + Develop documentation, reference materials, and knowledge products + Identify opportunities to improve how mission users discover and access information + Support the integration of structured and unstructured information into AI-enabled knowledge systems Data Visualization & Analysis + Develop clear and effective visualizations that communicate complex information and relationships + Create dashboards, charts, maps, reports, and other visual products based on customer requirements + Transform raw data into visual products that support analysis and decision-making + Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and relationships + Work with analysts and government stakeholders to determine the most effective ways to visualize information + Develop recurring and ad hoc analytical products + Ensure visualizations accurately represent underlying data and clearly communicate key findings + Maintain and update visualization products as data and requirements change + Translate complex analytical findings into concise, visually compelling outputs Visualization & Technical Tools + Use data visualization and business intelligence tools to create dashboards and analytical products + Work with tools such as Tableau, Power BI, ArcGIS, Excel, Python, SQL , or similar technologies + Develop interactive dashboards and visualization workflows where appropriate + Work with APIs, databases, spreadsheets, and other data sources to support visualization efforts + Troubleshoot data and visualization issues and coordinate with technical teams when necessary + Identify opportunities to automate recurring visualization and reporting processes + Support the development of visualization standards and reusable templates Mission & Customer Support + Work directly with government customers and mission users to understand information and visualization requirements + Participate in user acceptance testing to include task-based behavioral observation, surveys, one-on-one feedback gathering, and group feedback sessions + Translate operational questions into appropriate data, knowledge management, and visualization solutions + Support customer briefings, demonstrations, and working sessions + Respond to ad hoc analytical and visualization requests + Provide training and guidance to users on knowledge management and visualization tools + Collaborate with engineers and data scientists to improve data accessibility and analytical capabilities + Help customers understand and effectively use Accrete's AI and knowledge management capabilities, You will be successful when complex datasets and information are organized in a way that users can easily navigate, and when your visualizations turn that information into clear insights that support operational decisions.
